Take one link and change giftId=89 to giftId=95 for one link then check your game and then go ahead and try a Cash link and it should be in your giftbox. Mayor will appear after around 10 times of gem collection. So probably do around 6-7 times, save the game, reload and repeat. Also, do NOT get more than 60k in coins or you will be banned for 24hours.
