Firstly, make sure charles is recording your traffic/url from firefox. Every thing you do on the browser will reflect on charles. Charles plugin for firefox may be needed if you don't see anything on charles.
Open Charles 3.4.1 (not sure if it works on latest version, i just like using backward versions xd)
Complete a mission so that the game saves for you (you will see it saving in the top right corner)
Now in Charles, search for the line "http://app.ninjasaga.com"
Expand it, and expand "amf/" to find the line "(CharacterDAO.saveCharacter)
Right click the line "CharacterDAO.saveCharacter" and select edit
On the lower right side of the window, you will see a few tabs. Click on "AMF"
Find for "character_skills" and expand it
You will see a String with a value "skill1
Change the number to any of the following number according to your element. lvl20 skills = skill85 for water, for fire skill86, skill87 for light, skill88 for earth and water for skill89 lvl21 skills == skill92 for water, for fire skill93, skill94 for light, skill95 for earth and water for skill96
Click EXECUTE when you have changed your skill number.
Refresh Ninja Saga and you will see your new skill. Lvl 21 skill when you are only level 1 ! Have fun.
Warning Note: Ninja Saga is stringent and will ban cheaters so cheat with care. I am not sure if you will get caught for having ALL the element's level 21 skills but i have tried it and is currently using fire,lightning,earth and water level 21 skills without an emblem. Have not got banned yet, not sure about the future. But my motto is, "it's just a game at least i had fun" As usual, i will not be responsible if you got banned. Cheat with caution :) ----------------------------

Ziljian has graciously shared with me this Token skill cheat for Ninja Saga, so remember you heard it first at www.pwnthis.net and kindly credit the authors and source if you would like to share this information on your site. For those who can't get it to work, try reading the steps carefully. And no you do not require Tokens. I had only 100 Tokens and i have already learnt all the 200 Tokens skills.

Step:
Open Cheat engine 5.5
Go into Ninja Saga
Go to Academy and Click on a skill that has "Training Time - Instant"
In C.E, Enable Speedhack and set value to "0"
Click the "BUY" 3 times
Now click on the skill that you want to learn (a skill that requires Tokens to learn) .
Change the Speedhack back to "1"
Now go to the ARENA and Challenge your friends and fight them to save the game
Refresh the game and you still have the Token Skill

Steps: WARNING: You can only level up ONE level above your current level to avoid Disconnection and BAN OF ACCOUNT! I have tested it and my account got banned because I tried to level from level 5 to level 7. It resulted in an immediate ban so only level up by ONE level each time.
Go into Ninja Saga but do not Select Character
Open Ce5.5 and select firefox in your process list
Tick hex, 8bytes, ASROM
Scan "3B0008C25B5E0689"
2 addresses returned. Right click the 2nd address and Disassemble this memory region
Right click the selected code and select Toggle Break Point
Go back to Ninja Saga, select character and click play. The game and browser will now freeze. (one way to avoid the browser freeze is to use another browser to view www.pwnthis.net so that you will still be able to read the steps)
Now in Ce5.5, click Debug > Run TWO TIMES
At the right side is the Registers panel. Double click the EAX and change the value to your next level. The list of level values can be found below. (example: in the video, i am level 4. So i input 733 which is the value for level 5)
Now right click the selected code (step 6) and select Toggle Break Point again (this is to unfreeze the game and browser)
Click Debug > Run
Now you will enter Ninja Saga and your new level will be reflected. Have fun!
